Tesla Model Y production begins at Gigafactory 3

Tesla's first factory outside the United States appears to be doing very well, as it was announced that production of the Tesla Model Y has begun there. The news comes about a week after Model 3s made there began to be sold in China. Elon Musk hopes its cars will really shake up the electric car market in the region. Gigafactory 3 in China was built in an incredible 357 days.
