Mobile operators have warned that excluding Huawei from 5G supplies for the German network could lead to delays in the entire technology and subsequent costs in the order of billions of dollars. The United States has warned Germany of possible espionage by China. However, the latter denies such accusations. The EU also has a reserved attitude towards 5G, warning of possible cyber attacks.
