Introducing the new Mac mini, which had to wait four long years for its upgrade, also brought up a lot of questions. Although this Mac is gaining popularity thanks to its miniDespite its minimalist design, it is definitely not a weak piece. The product is capable of up to a six-core Intel Core i7 processor and up to 64 GB of RAM. If we ignore the price and look only at the size and technical specifications, we get to an almost incredible performance.

How about RAM?
Is the user new? Mac mini able to replace or subsequently expand your RAM? The answer is yes. This is thanks to the use of SO-DIMM slots, which are subsequently user-replaceable. Thus, any user with basic knowledge can subsequently configure their RAM as they wish.
Is this type of scalability expensive? Yes and no. Mac mini It uses DDR4 memory with a frequency of 2666 Hz, for which we will pay 16 CZK for a 3GB kit, and 344 CZK for 32GB. However, it should be noted that RAM memories are commodities whose value is constantly decreasing or increasing.

Will the user access the internal storage?
There is a very simple answer to this question, which is a definite no. The internal drive does not use the M.2 or SATA interface, but PCI-E technology, which is Applu is the current leader in transfer speed. So you should not take your storage choice lightly and think carefully before purchasing the final configuration.
Can I upgrade my processor?
Definitely not. The processor is firmly soldered and does not stick to a classic socket, as with other desktops. For this reason, you should go for the most powerful processor you can currently afford.

Can I connect four 5K displays when Mac mini Does it have four Thunderbolt ports?
Unfortunately, no. Probably all four ports work on a single controller basis. In practice, it will be possible to use two displays with a resolution of up to 4096 x 2304 and 60 Hz via Thunderbolt 3 and one more monitor with a resolution of 4096 x 2160 and 60 Hz using HDMI 2.0.
How much is new? Mac Mini RAM memory slots?
It has two, but if I'm not mistaken, 64GB (2x32GB) are not commonly sold. :) I'm sorry mini I like it. Personally, I would take a 512GB SSD and an i7 or i7 8700. With a 65W TDP, a full-fledged desktop processor. I will buy the RAM myself. That's fine...
I wonder if there will be power to connect Apple 30″ display that needs 1xThunderbold+1xUSB.
I think that the Thunderbold display should be connected via a thunderbolt adapter / https://support.apple.com/cs-cz/HT207266 / like new macbook air. If not, please someone correct me. I'll draw it myself.
I don't think it's possible.nest picture. :) It's written there. If there is a TB to USB-C (TB3) adapter, it will work. Otherwise, it's a mess...
It is written there in the PICTURE section that with the help of this adapter it is possible to connect a thunderbold display or LG that has a thunderbolt 2 output to a mac with thunderbolt 3. The adapter is bidirectional. It won't work but with Apple cinema display.
When I bought an Imac 27″ with TB3 a year ago, I bought this exact adapter to connect a DELL monitor that has all kinds of outputs. DVI, HDMI, DP, mDP. So I wanted to plug TB3 as a signal source into the iMac for the TB2 reduction, I had an mDP cable to DELL. No fat, no signal. I returned the reducer and bought a noname usb-c to DP reducer in Alga and everything works as it should. Umi from 4K in 60Hz and cost about 150 Kc. But maybe they have already solved this problem.
Can you tell me what reduction it was exactly? I'm looking for something similar, but I haven't found anything in this price range.
Sorry for messing with the price. I mistook it for something else. I have exactly this one...
