KoneOctober was truly rich in apple news. Apple yesterday introduced not only new hardware, but along with new versions of operating systems iOS, macOS, tvOS and watchOS i a new version of the Shortcuts app. Shortcuts 2.1 brings improvements to sharing via iCloud, new unit conversions, native Weather app integration, and many more.

After updating to the latest version, Shortcuts will be able to work not only with the current weather, but also with the forecast for the future - just add the items "Load weather information" or "Load weather forecast" to your chosen shortcut (Shortcuts -> Library -> Create shortcut).

Other new actions in Shortcuts include "Create Alarm", "Toggle Alarm" and "Start Timer". Apple he also incorporated another new feature into the new version of his Shortcuts iOS 12, namely the Measurements application – it is related to the “Convert measurement result” action. The “Load last import” action has been added to Photos, which allows you to load the last import of images from the native Photos application. The new Shortcuts will also benefit owners HomePods, which will now have the option of auto-playing via AirPlay with help Siri command.
