The whole process of finding a part is really simple. When you first launch the app, we just select the country you live in. After that, we have several options to find a spare part. The easiest way is to add your vehicle to the application. This way you will be able to easily view the parts intended for you. To add a car, click on Add vehicle at the top of the screen, select the manufacturer, model, motorization and other info. After adding, we can easily search for what we need using the categories shown. If you are looking for parts for another car, you can either add it as another item to your vehicles or simply type what you are looking for into the search.
The search is fast, takes no more than a few seconds, and working with the AUTODOC application itself (you can also look at the information at Wiki) is very simple and intuitive. Attention AUTODOC, unfortunately a bad experience. I ordered winter tires. After 14 days, I was told that they could not deliver them to the Czech Republic. And that he will return the money. Nothing has happened since then. Either Novotny or Nováková with a Russian accent is sitting on the phone... promises promises but no money!!!! Just beware people, they are scammers.
Hello, I can unfortunately join in with a similar experience to my colleague above, I ordered the arms, the arms arrived, so I had them installed on the car, I drove for a week and on the last trip there was a massive bang from the left rear side, but the new arm had a weld crack, so I started to act on the matter of complaints and the operators wrote to me to send them a photo, I did that too and it was clearly visible in the photos that the welds were bad and that it held for approx. pointless to deal with anything further, they won't recognize it anyway and I won't get the money, so I strongly recommend everyone to consider buying a part, this joke cost me 3 CZK, so be careful
The author of that article is completely out of line. Also a negative experience. I ordered Johns E46 front turn signals. The manufacturer is like the Germans, but it's made in China, like embroidered total poor quality. Payment is of course online. Then all you have to do is pray for it to come. An order confirmation will arrive and I quote the proof of payment " We are sending you this order confirmation as information that we have received your order. However, this does not mean acceptance of your order or the conclusion of a contract. We can accept the order by sending an order confirmation email or by sending the goods within two days. "I don't really understand it, but so be it. After eleven days, a package arrived from somewhere in Poland. Of course, there was a surprise after unpacking every blinker of a different brand, but not a single Johns. One was TYC and the other was DEPO the biggest waste. God forbid you order the original, then DEPO will come to you at the price of the original. Never.

Also negative, air conditioner compressor for Mazda 3 vehicle. Not working after a year, allegedly I ordered an incompatible part. CZK 5.500 in draft. Now only a Czech company and not Ukrainian fraudsters from Berlin.
Also a stupid experience with the fucking Russian Novotný. The servo on the duster is not working and to make a claim, they need a confirmation of installation by a professional company, etc.

Attention, bad experience, the part is said to be in stock, but after a week they heard that it is not only from another manufacturer, about 200% more expensive, the money was returned only after 3 weeks, fraudsters and there are still watch out for them from abroad!
Unfortunately, I have to join the cheated list. The ordered goods have not arrived after 14 days. I claimed the shipment, but nothing. They just sent a mockery in the form of a discount of 100 CZK only on selected, meaningless goods and only for the next purchase over 1500 CZK. I've been complaining about my order for a week now and I'm getting nothing but excuses. We'll see in another week. If the goods don't arrive, I want a refund. Otherwise, I will hand everything over to the authorities.
So I'm cutting this company off from my list. Be careful with them. They are really scammers. Long delivery times, high postage, and they have warehouses in the Czech Republic. On the phoneonesome Ukrainians who don't speak Czech. Never take this dubious company. They say it's German, I highly doubt it. Will it really be China
Exactly the same. Ordered goods for 14 days and still haven't arrived. After a week they sent me an apology that the order would be delayed and sent me a 100 CZK apology for purchases over 1500 and only for something. When I asked when my shipment would arrive, they sent a code for a 10% discount on my next purchase and also sent the names of two brands that they would like to replace it with at the same price to speed up the shipping. After chatI asked what parts they wanted to replace, so they wrote to me that it was on the packaging line and within 24 hours I would receive a link to track the shipment. Of course nothing arrived and the next day on chatsame sauce. Sooo it's been 14 days since payment and I have nothing. And the parts they wanted to replace probably have 100 or more pieces in stock... So they can send me whatever discount coupons and discounts they want, but I won't use them anymore... Especially since they have a delivery time of 3-5 working days...
In a word, they sent me fucking parts for another motorization, so a lengthy solution from their side, plus Poland, full stop

The Garage function is completely useless, entering the manufacturer, model, or modification of the car has no effect on the selection of parts, entering the VIN is just a toy for fun

Support talks about the Expert check button, but I don't see this step when creating an order (and I have screenshots to prove it). Assuming Point 1 works, it shouldn't happen at all

When I want to return a wrongly offered and purchased part, I have to pay for shipping abroad (main warehouse in Berlin). When I objected to paying for the shipping, I was told that I had again not checked something when ordering (I don't remember this step - I have screenshots again) in case of a wrongly selected part. Similarly with point 2: Assuming Point 1 works, this should not happen at all
Conclusion:
If I can, I will avoid your e-shop and will never recommend it to anyone, doing business with you means losing money for me
