For Viber desktop users, especially those who use it primarily for business communication, there's another cool feature: if you receive a message when you're busy and can't respond right away, you can keep it at the top of your message list until you have time to deal with it. Hover over the tab chatu, click on the small triangle and select one of the following options: a) Default order (so that your incoming messages remain in the order in which they arrived) or b) Unread messages on top (so that Viber keeps unread messages always on top, so you don't lose track of important messages from your peers); and even c) Mark all messages as read – if you've learned what happened in the meantime and on the screen chatYou no longer need to see unopened messages.
