I personally drive almost 30 kilometers in a year, and the saleswomen at the local gas station already know me well. So the price of petrol is quite important to me, so I try to refuel when it is the lowest possible price. Fortunately, you can also use your smartphone to check fuel prices.one with the appropriate application that collects data on fuel prices. Thanks to this, you can get a great picture of the situation in your area in the blink of an eye. So let's take a look at one proven application that I personally like to use. Specifically, it will be iPumpuj.

You can download the iPumpuj application from App Store using this link or through App Box below. After starting the application, it will take a few seconds to load, as it downloads data from the server. After loading, you will see a fairly simple graphical interface of gas stations. By default, gas stations are sorted by the closest, but using the top filter you can also set the sorting by the cheapest or most popular. Personally, I use the closest option most often. The name and logo of the gas station are always displayed on the left side of the screen, and the price of fuel along with the distance and opening hours are displayed on the right side of the screen. However, not everyone drives on gasoline, and if you prefer a different fuel, you need to switch the preset fuel to yours. You can do this simply by switching to the More tab in the bottom menu and selecting the fuel you drive on from the Preferred fuel column. The fuel database, of course, contains classic fuels such as gasoline, diesel and LPG, but we can also find premium fuels here - e.g. Verva 100, Premium 98+, etc.
Setting the preferred fuel is mainly useful for a quick overview, but if you want to see the prices of all fuels, just click on a certain gas station. After clicking, the location of the gas station will be displayed, including the address, as well as its opening hours, additional information and, of course, the fuel prices offered by the station. Of course, you can also contribute and if you notice a change in the price of fuel, just click on the Send prices button in the upper right corner. Then simply use the sliders to set the current prices and click Done.
There is also a useful Map tab in the bottom menu. As the name suggests, the map will show you a map on which you can easily navigate to find your favorite gas station. This function can be useful, for example, if you are planning a trip somewhere further (within the Czech Republic) and you are not sure where a gas station is located. The last tab Next is in a way a kind of application settings. You can manually update fuel prices here, you can also set your preferred fuel, automatic updates, station search range, or you can add a new gas station that is not yet part of the current database.

Own application of gas stations
Don't forget also the gas station's own applications, which can often make your life easier and save time. Every major gas station company has such an application. Such companies include, for example OMV, shell, Petrol whether EuroOil. Since most gas stations have their own loyalty cards, you can use these apps to track your bills. For example, Benzina's app also supports simple payment without having to pay at the cash register. Simply scan the QR code on a specific stand, pay and go. We live in the 21st century, and as all technologies advance, so do gas stations. Various benefits and promotions are also often part of gas station applications. So if you have your favorite gas station, you should definitely think about downloading its app. Often, such an application will remind you of events that you had no idea about.
Install the Tank Navigator toolkit. Fuel prices there are updated by CCS based on payment data, so prices are up to date. There is no reliance on applications where users send prices.
However, TN has actual prices only where someone pays with a ccs card and only the specific fuel is always current. Prices for premium fuels are completely out of the question. Pumps that do not take ccs cards are not there at all. In addition, TN only allows you to load data into stupid Maps, etc, etc. There are plenty of reasons why IPumpuj is simply better. Btw. a difference in fuel prices of a few dozen halers doesn't solve anything at all. ;)

PP thanks, I didn't know TN in my district and the pump is unusable. The nearest gas station where there is no last update 3 years ago is about 20 km away. Tn also shows those in the settlements around, so I don't see, there is probably always at least one farmer with ccs. great for me
