From time to time, interesting stories about products appear in the world Applu, which survived their certain death and can continue to delight their owners. One such was recently shared by a Reddit user under the nickname lorislongfellow, who, according to him, recently lost and then found his beloved again. iPhone X. The interesting thing is that he lost it underwater.

The story begins quite inconspicuously. Loris went out to sea with his girlfriend on a paddleboard and a kayak. When they were quite far from the shore, Loris wanted to switch boats with his girlfriend, but unfortunately he stumbled and fell into the sea. When he pulled himself back up, he found that iPhone The X, which he had in his pocket the whole time, fell out. He tried to look for it with a snorkel for a while, but it didn't work. The couple decided to leave the place and spend the rest of the day with each other. Due to the depth and the inability to find the phone using the Find My function iPhone Because of the zero signal, his rescue was practically impossible, at least for the next few hours.

About eight hours after the disaster, the tide came in, which infused new blood into the veins of the unfortunate owner of the lost iPhone. So he and his girlfriend went to the beach and then into the water to the place where he had lost the phone. However, since the water level was significantly lower, it was already possible to locate the phone using Find My. iPhone and trigger a piercing sound signal on it, thanks to which theonec managed to find it. Even though it was lying among sharp rocks and quite deep (unfortunately, Loris did not say how deep), it worked without any problems and even had 66% battery left. And how is the phone doing today? Great. Its owner does not notice any signs of damage on it. Even an eight-hour dive in salt water did not harm the iPhone X.

Although iPhone X boasts IP67 water resistance, it must be said that such survival is largely due to sheer luck. We have already encountered many cases where iPhone X and therefore also other waterproof iPhone "died" after just a few seconds of immersion. Similar stories are more of an example of the fact that if you encounter something similar, don't lose heart - hope dies last.
