In the past, the originally British company Vertu became famous in the world mainly for the production of luxury mobile phones from premium materials, the prices of which easily reached hundreds of thousands of crowns. However, the brand, whose foundation dates back to 1998, ran into huge financial problems last year after it was bought by a controversial Turkish businessman, which led to its demise. At least for a few months.

Although Vertu has not been talked about in recent months due to its end, a few days ago the company sent out invitations to the Chinese media for its presentation, where we could, according to initial speculation, see the introduction of new mobile phones. The invitations combine the color black with gold and the design is based on the Vertu logo. They also contain information about time, place and dress code. The two passwords that appear on the invitation are also interesting. The first one is "Live or Die", the second one is "Handmade in England". It can be deduced from them that Vertu is very well aware that it stands above a huge chasm, and the failure of the product it is supposed to introduce will push it mercilessly into it. The second password then suggests that the phones will continue to be manufactured in Great Britain, although Chinese investors are said to be behind the rebirth of the brand. They entered into a partnership with Vertu shortly before the company went into liquidation, from which it can be concluded that they are the ones behind its restoration.
