Musk's space-oriented company SpaceX has completed another test of its Falcon 9 rockets. This time it was landing them at a brand new landing pad called LZ-4, which is located less than 500 meters from the SLC-4 Vandenberg launch complex. During this event, it was possible to capture the landing of a space rocket at this location for the first time, which was taken care of by cameras and remote control cameras. Company leaders Elon Musk so apparently he allowed the limitations of the media in his conviction and we can enjoy the really amazing images that capture this truly revolutionary and innovative element.

It is the ability to return, which this type of rocket possesses, that can save the company great financial losses. Scientists, engineers and various researchers have been dealing with this fact practically since the beginning of the implementation of space programs, since the development and even the production and maintenance of space rockets is not a cheap matter at all. That's why you'll definitely be pleased that what you invest time, money and energy into doesn't just disappear into orbit, but returns to the designated place. In the first photos, the rocket may seem quite small, which is true to some extent. The weight and height of the rocket were significantly reduced during the years of hard development, but its performance and functions were understandably increased.

According to preliminary, but unofficial information, we should expect at least one launch of similar rockets by the end of the year, which should take place already next month. Musk wants to use the Falcon 9 rockets together with the Falcon Heavy and the upcoming BFR for the colonization of Mars, the preparation of which is still in full swing. In a few years, the term "discovery of the red planet" will change from a futuristic rumor to an ongoing reality, while not only NASA, but also other leading scientific teams will lend a helping hand to the company. For now, however, this is still only the music of the future, and as we know from SpaceX and Tesla, similar projects are likely to be somewhat delayed. However, this does not change the fact that the sci-fi future is far from within reach these days and we should soon receive new information about upcoming projects.
