If you're a fan of comic books and sci-fi pop culture, you're probably familiar with the artificial intelligence system in the suit of Tony Stark, better known as Iron Man. It was this idea that inspired a group of startupists who came up with their Jarvish project. This is a smart motorcycle helmet that looks like something from a futuristic movie. The new Jarvish X and Jarvish X-AR range combines the advantages of a traditional safety helmet and technologies in the form of voice assistance and augmented reality. When riding a motorcycle, you will feel like you are in a virtual video game, while your overview of the surrounding situation will be enhanced even more.

The lower model of the pair of motorcycle tech accessories in the form of the Jarvish X offers voice assistance support Siri, Google Assistant and Alexa. The inner space of the helmet has speakers and a microphone, with which you can easily communicate with the integrated assistant even while riding. The assistance will offer you information about driving conditions, direction of travel or changes in the weather. A traditional audio interface can also be controlled by voice. There is also a 2K camera on the front, which allows you to record your ride and handling of the motorcycle. The entire project was launched using Kickstarter only at the beginning of 2018, while the creators managed to collect the necessary fundsancie practically immediately. The price of this helmet is pre-calculated at $799.

This is what the Jarvish smart helmet looks like, supporting AR and voice assistance:

The helmet from the Jarvish X-AR line, takes driving conditions to a higher level. As the name of the helmet already implies, we can spice up the ride by using an augmented reality interface in the style of Google Glass. The virtual display offers information such as the current speed, showing exact turns and direction of travel, incoming calls to your smartphone and also the current weather. With this helmet, you can also monitor what is happening behind you and your motorcycle, as there is a second camera on the back of the helmet. This version will only be launched on Kickstarter in mid-2019 and its price is estimated at $2599, which is quite a bit more than the previous model. The first deliveries of Jarvish X helmets started in Taiwan, but gradually the company is also preparing for the global launch of sales.
