More than 200 million US residents have recently received a test cell phone notification entitled: "Presidential Alert". It was a test of the warning system, which should be used to inform citizens in case of an emergency. It is intended primarily to warn of serious threats such as: missile attacks, terrorist threats and natural disasters. Well-known presenter and comedian Jimmy Kimmel reacted sharply to this event.
