Nowadays, we are surrounded by a lot of information that we have to remember. If we don't keep notes or reminders, it very often happens that we forget something. And unfortunately, it also very often happens that we forget important things, which can represent a really excellent harm not only for our wallet. So one head is not enough to remember all this information, the notes are kind of confusing and you don't want to set reminders. And that's exactly why the Debito program is here.
Why Debito?
The Debito mobile application can manage not only all your contracts, income, expenses, budgets, documents, guarantees, but also your personal documents. With the help of the Debito application, you no longer have to worry about missing the day when you have to pay or take care of something. Simply move all your records to Debito, which will firstly remind you of everything in time, and secondly, keep everything clearly organized. But Debito is not just an application that takes care of reminders of payments and activities. Thanks to Debito, you have documents that are normally lying around at home right at hand.onech in multiple places. And that's not all - below in the points you can see cases where Debito might be useful for you:
- Do you know until when your ID card, passport, insurance or STKáčko is valid?
- Do you know how much time you have left?ancWant to pay off your lease, loan or mortgage?
- Do you know when you can change your operator, insurance company or energy supplier?
- Do you know where all your contracts are?
- Do you know how long you have a warranty for your mobile phone or shoes and where you have the warranty cards?
- Do you know when you should go for a health checkup or vaccination?
- and countless other cases…
If you decide to try the Debito application, you can first of all look forward to a very user-friendly and especially debugged application that works as it should. At first, you might think that the app is a bit poor, but don't judge a book by its cover. If you decide to really upload all your receivables, contracts and documents to the Debito application, you will suddenly see an application that is full of data, graphs and notifications. I personally tried to create a simple household in which there is some income and of course some expenses.
First step - adding all the data
You will most often find yourself on the blue plus sign in the menu, with which you can add a new item to the application. After clicking on the plus sign, you can choose from several categories in which other subcategories are stored. So you will most likely enter your income first, and then start adding various monthly or annual expenses. After selecting subcategories, additional options will be displayed for some items, mostly in the form of banks that offer a certain service - for building savings, for example, Modrá pyramida or Česká spořitelna. Then you enter the amount you have to pay in a certain period of time, together with the date of course. In order to have a truly complete record, you have the option to upload documents for each record, for example in the form of contracts.
Overviews, graphs and filter
Everything will then be neatly sorted into an overview that you can view in the menu – just click on the second item from the left. First of all, the overview contains a notification, which displays all the items that you have to pay periodically. Then, of course, there is an overview of all the financialancí, income, expenses, etc. In addition, if you decide to add a photo of your ID card or passport to Debit, it will of course also appear directly in the overview. The overview is a kind of "database" of everything you have added to Debit.
More interesting for you will certainly be the graphs, which will help you easily understand the status of your budget. The graphs use the overview to create an accurate financial plan or cash flow. The financial plan will show you separately expenses, income and of course the billanci. In the case of expenses and income, a pie chart will be displayed, which has different colors and shades depending on where a certain expense or income fits. If you click on the bil optionance, a classic graph will be displayed, showing you where you are currently and whether your expenses have exceeded your income. Otherwise, you can see what funds you can still manipulate. Of course, you can use the filter above to choose from when to when the graphs should be created. By default, the days from the beginning of the month to the current date are displayed.
The penultimate tab in the menu is a simple filter. For example, if you need to quickly find a specific expense by category, date, or label, you can do so right here. You simply choose what you are looking for, in which category and in which period and click the Apply filter button. The filter will then "throw away" the records that match it. Plain and simple - nothing more, nothing less.
Don't know what to do?
Of course, the button you click when you're at a loss must not be missing. One of these can be found in Debit exactly in the lower right corner. When you click on the question mark in the gray box, a help for a certain section will always appear - in practice, it works so that if you are in an overview, the overview help will appear, when you are in the charts, the chart help will appear, etc. If you are interested in full help, you can view it by clicking the three lines icon in the top right corner, then clicking the Help tab - it's really got everything you could be looking for. You can also click on the Settings tab, where you can set some options, such as country or currency.
záver
Personally, I'm not at the stage where I have to create a family budget yet. However, if you are older than me and have a family with children, I believe that Debito will definitely come in handy. With Debito, you can easily manage not only your financesance in your family and if you are tired of storing all contracts and documents in folders, Debito is for you. You can store everything in Debito in electronic form and what is the best part – you always have all the documents together with the budget with you on your smartphone. If you are looking for a simple and intuitive program for managing not only the family budget, Debito is exactly the program you are looking for. As a bonus, Debito is a product of Czech developers and of course it is absolutely free to download for Android in Google Play and for iOS v App Store.

Here is the link: appstore? Because the hyperlink doesn't work..
I can't do it either
It doesn't work on SK and even on UŠ ucte, which is quite a shame, it looks pretty cool Mr
I tried, but I was struck by the fact that I have to log in to my account, which means that the data is probably stored on some server, and entering various details of the most personal documents on the server seems very strange to me.
So I installed it, and I see that it is not possible to add already photographed documents from the phone, but it offers me complete nonsense. So I didn't figure it out.
We are already fully using the application with complete satisfaction. I would just like to be able to manage it on a PC.
Store all personal information about fin somewhereancčích, documents, insurance policies, etc. seems quite risky to me. Apart from the fact that I couldn't find their terms and conditions anywhere, it even told me that the site was unavailable
In the comments from the authors it is written that the data is stored somewhere on cloud. I think only a fool would save personal data to share with an unknown application from unknown authors. Perhaps the only use is the reminder part, where no information needs to be entered. Only the validity without further details.
I completely agree with you. For a long time I have been looking for an application that notifies me in time about the expiring validity of documents. I'm not demanding, I'd like an application that manages the Name of the document, Validity, and how far in advance to warn about expiration - nothing more. Of course, with the possibility of backup and restoration from a backup, or printing.
To give somewhere cloud Only a madman can take photos of their documents or enter their numbers into an application that can forward them anywhere.
