Apple Business Chat is a corporate platform providing services to customers through iMessageThis feature was launched earlier this year in the US and has now been expanded to Australia, Canada, France,ancie, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Singapore, Japan, Swedencarska and Great Britain.
Chat requires iOS 11.3 or later and is used by luxury fashion brand Burberry, phone operator Vodafone and the hotel chain NH Hotels. But also keep in mind that while the feature has expanded to other countries, availability is always brand-specific.
