If you are among betanew operating system testers iOS 12 for iPhones and iPads, you may have noticed one annoyance this morning. Every time you unlock your device, an annoying dialog box appears on the screen telling you that a new app is available. betaversion iOS 12.

"A new update is available" iOS. Update from iOS xx beta, “ reports my iPhone:

This dialog screen appears every time the device is unlocked, and it also pops up from time to time while using the phone. If this message annoys you as much as I do, then look below for a solution to this problem.

How to solve this problem?

The solution is quite simple, but it is definitely not a solution that you can use for a long time. You can turn off the display of this window by setting the date of your iPhone or iPad a day back. The procedure is as follows: we go to the native application Settings and click the tab In general. Here we go below, where we click the box Date and time. Most devices have the date and time automatically set, and therefore using a switch disable the Set Automatically feature. It will appear after deactivation next column, with which we can set the date. In this case, leave the time as it is, just set the date to 30. 8. 2018. Once you have made the settings, the dialog box will appear once more, but for the last time.

As I wrote above, this solution is definitely not 100% solution. For example, if you use a calendar, be careful not to get confused by yesterday's date. Also, any photos you take will be placed in the album under yesterday's date. In general, you need to remember that your date on your iPhone is yesterday's, not today's. Hopefully, Apple will fix this inconvenience as soon as possible, preferably within hours or by issuing another betaversion.
