A few weeks ago, we announced information about the arrival of a new addition to the series, which represents a slight departure from the usual standard. This time we reach land from the depths of the sea and the sharks turn into fantastic flying lizards. The continuation of the series is this time focused in a fantasy environment, which represents an excellent refresh of the game brand. What's new in Hungry Dragon?

There are few game studios that look after their fans across all available platforms like Ubisoft. Full AAA titles like Assassin's Creed, The Division or Far Cry, unfortunately, we can't play on phones (at least not yet), but for fans of smartphone entertainment, the developer group cares more than admirably. Besides miniseries of well-known games in the form of AC: Pirates or Trials Frontier, one of the most popular arcade matters ever appears in the virtual store. This is the Hungry Shark universe, which in the latest version changes to a dragon version with the characteristic name Hungry Dragon.
Familiar gameplay in a new guise
If you are expecting a diametrically different act than in the case of Hungry Shark, you will probably be disappointed. Ubisoft has relied on the well-known and proven course and control of the game, which is not harmful at all. The course and actually the whole idea of the game is more than clear. In the role of a dragon monster, you go on a bloodthirsty rampage in an attempt to devour everything in sight. The difference, however, is that you are not sailing in the depths of the sea, but discovering the corners of the sky. The control principle is very intuitive and simple, as the only thing you correct is the flight direction and power-up in the form of acceleration of the winged dragon. Hungry Dragon opens the door not only to a new environment, but even to flooded areas like in previous titles. Flying around the game screen in an attempt to eat all the surrounding birds, people, but also strange creatures in the form of flying pigs, other dragons, ghosts and fantastic monsters turns a simple premise into an engaging gaming experience. With your dragon, you can explore unknown environments outside the surface of the earth, for example in the form of underground shafts, caves or tunnels. As mentioned above, it is also possible to swim in water with the dragon, but this movement is very clumsy and slow.
The old familiar way of playing is enriched with several new gadgets
More benefits = more rewards
What kind of dragon would it be if it couldn't breathe fire? However, the creators won enough even with this option. When you consume an excessive amount of loot, you trigger a similar Gold Rush ability that we know from Hungry Shark. The difference, however, is that instead of being able to eat everything alive regardless of the size of the object, we can fry everything around us. The game sequence ends if you are attacked by another dragon or a stronger creature, or simply starve to death. In that case, it is possible to continue the game for a certain amount of game currency, or to end the played game and start again. After each passage played, the amount of points you accumulated by eating the loot will be added to your account. These points can be increased by completing challenges that unlock special content. After uploading enough points, you get dragon eggs of different types, which can be used to get new suits, bonus coins, diamonds or "pets" in the form of smaller helper dragons. Each helper is labeled based on value from common to legendary. Of course, it is possible to buy better and bigger dragons in the game, thanks to which your score will increase in percentage.
You can use the points earned to get tons of bonus content in the game
The game Hungry Dragon represents an excellent shift in the fun arcade series, which will please many a fan of engaging, but simple gaming activities. The creators from Ubisoft are reporting record numbers of downloads, which should only gradually increase. Of course, it is not a full-fledged title that you will have fun withonehours, but it is perfect for cutting long moments. In addition to the available game content, which by the way is quite a bit, additions should gradually increase in the form of daily challenges, limited events and new unlockable accessories and characters.
