Smart bracelets or smart watches simplify our daily lives, while many times we don't even realize it. In addition to measuring heart rate, the number of calories burned or a number of other welcome functions, they can offer much more. The company InstaDreamer comes with an interesting project to take the functions of smart bracelets to a new level. Her new product with the same name will help you influence your own dreams, based on simple psychological steps.

The InstaDreamer bracelet has had a successful campaign through Kickstarter, where he enjoyed great interest. It is a Fitbit bracelet, but instead of classic exercise, you train your brain with it. The system of use will condition your consciousness to induce lucid (waking) dreams more often, based on "Pavlovian conditioning". It's basically a psychological trick that triggers an association in your brain associated with the reflex to the vibrations in the bracelet. The whole trick consists in wearing the InstaDreamer bracelet on your hand throughout the day, while the VibraSmart vibration technology detects whether you are asleep or awake. This "reality check" similar to practices from the movie Inception is designed to stimulate your brain and induce more frequent lucid dreams.

The Instadreamer will be available in several color versions in early 2019.

The real practical use comes after you sink into sleep. The task of the bracelet is to recognize the phase of the sleep cycle, which is known as the REM phase. In it, the bracelet vibrates, which gives you information about the mentioned "Reality Check" function while you sleep, and you realize that you are in the realm of dreams. Immediately after identifying with the fact that this is not reality, you will be able to fully detach and do practically everything you can think of in your dreams. Despite the fact that it is not a bulletproof garancEven in inducing lucid dreams, the creators of the bracelet claim that up to 70% of tested objects show an increase in daydreaming during the first three days.

The campaign to fund the InstaDreamer bracelet went beyond expectations, raising up to $35 of the required $500 to make the project happen. People literally fell in love with this project and the company reports more and more pre-orders. The InstaDreamer will be available at a price of $123, with the first buyers seeing it in February/February 000.
