Netflix is one of the most downloaded and searched applications in the virtual store App Store. Many iPhone and iPad users purchase subscriptions directly through their Apple ID, not through the website. However, the streaming service is about to make several changes aimed specifically at users of devices with iOS.

The latest information points to the fact that a large number of Netflix users will not have the option to pay for their subscription through iTunes. Unfortunately, this problem also affects the Czech Republic and Slovakia and should last until September 30. The complete list of countries includes the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, FrancGermany, Hungary, India, Italy, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand and United Kingdom.
A Netflix customer service representative confirmed this fact in the following statement: “During this time, customers from the countries listed may experience issues when launching the Netflix app on a device running iOS (iPhones or iPads) encounter one of the following situations:
1. Problem with logging into the application through the iTunes account associated with the payment method
2. Problem with registration in the Netflix application (this option will be available exclusively through the mobile browser)
In theoneas a result, this means that new potential customers of the streaming service will have to register via an internet browser on a phone or tablet. Application from App Store temporarily suspends this option, but users with an already created account will not be deprived of this test in any way. Netflix recommends using a different mobile device for this test, while instead Apple ID you use classic credit card data. Basically, this is the same data that you have stored in your login account Apple ID, but the possibility of solving payment matters is (or was) definitely faster and simpler in the application.

However, it should be noted that in the company's instructions Apple for app trading, it states that developers are not allowed to guide users directly or indirectly iOS, to use a different purchase method than In App Purchase.
