They approved a few months ago europostancand new rules that deal with civil aviation safety. Specifically, they focused on the increasingly popular drones and voted on regulations that will apply throughout the European Union. It is important to note that the new rules will only apply to devices that develop a kinetic energy of 80 J or more upon impact. This force can already pose a health risk to a person on whom the drone falls. Initially, a device weight limit of 250 g or more was proposed, and it is possible that it will beonec valid this varianta.

The European Commission decided to take this step for several reasons. Firstly, many drone owners do not respect safety rules and endanger people around them, who are at risk of injury if the drone falls. Moreover, they often fly in prohibited or populated areas. Another reason is the assumption of a huge expansion of this still marginal and rather hobby matter into the commercial sphere. It is not so long ago that, for example, Amazon started delivering its shipments using drones.
Drones are just a toy for many people, but they can also be dangerous.
The most important news are two. The first of these will be the necessity to mark each drone with a kind of "license plate" mark in the form of an identification number. It will have to be placed in a visible place and in case of violation of the rules it will be easy to find out who the owner is. The second major change concerns the training of pilots, who will now have to pass a test to demonstrate their knowledge of flying itself, safety and various rules and prohibitions.
Drones will also start to fall into three categories. The vast majority of small machines that will not need to be registered will fall into the first one. The second is just for drones with a registration obligation, and the third will mainly contain machines for military purposes. And when will we see the introduction of all the aforementioned innovations? According to the latest reports, the regulation should enter into force as early as September of this year, with a kind of two-year trial period starting after that. Realistically, it looks like the beginning of 2021.

In a few years we europostancand order us to mark every sperm with a number so that the owner can be found 😂😂
They don't have to order that, after all everyone has DNA, according to which it is quite easy to find out who they belong to...
he only has a regiment

David Rubeš 😂😂 so you don't need papers 😂
How could I... oh I know... Fuck it :-)
Milan Malinek 😀 😀
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
James Marcolla, do you have a drone? :)))
Hmmm, what should I give the registration number to that drone? So I'm not sure if I can fly alone with a flashlight, let alone with a license plate😂
One of the purposes of this regulation is to limit the number of drones. From the point of view of those who want to fly with them, it is unpleasant, but from the point of view of those for whom drones interfere with privacy, or limit security, such a restriction is good. It will limit even those who do nothing wrong, but for the sake of the few who are problematic, it is unfortunately necessary. You never know who is driving the drone flying around you.
So I think that's only good, a true enthusiast will do the test, stick the drone and feel nothing else (except more responsibility) and the dude who only has the drone for mowing will also continue to fly but with the fact that he can be fined. 👍
Will the radar police stop him in the air? :D Until it falls on someone somewhere or someone reports it, no one will figure it out. And if it falls on someone, since it doesn't have its own card, no one knows whose it is :D
There are powerful optical devices that can monitor the mark even at a considerable distance and can track the target (of course, it must be glued so that it can be read from below in order to be readable). If someone flies with an unmarked drone for a long time, onem, I have no doubt that it will be possible to track where it is flying from (perhaps using other drones), or at least jam the signal that such a drone receives. Solutions always exist, you just have to look for them.
Fuck off 🖕😂😂

I'm already looking forward to having to fly to STK 😂
And can I get drunk with him? 🤔
Completely calm! Then it's just a proposal that doesn't pass the first time and before you edit it again. Plenty of time.
Well, that's nice bullshit, shouldn't I have the license plate tattooed on my forehead as well? This is exactly the same as a remote control toy car or a small remote control model airplane, and I had about 20 of those in my childhood and I really wouldn't want to deal with this. I currently have 8 drones (4 with a camera and 4 without a camera) and should I mark each one? Why? You tell me one LOGICAL reason, it's just a toy. I have a model airplane that weighs 4Kg and flies up to 30km/h approx. and it came in a nice package, and perhaps that should also be marked?
Unlike a toy car, a drone can get anywhere, and unlike a remote-controlled plane, it can spy more easily - it is much more manageable, and that's if people can't see its camera from afar. So I definitely wouldn't compare it. I don't know how effective the tags will be, but restricting and registering drones is needed. It wouldn't bother me at all if the drone had to constantly broadcast its mark by radio around it, so that it could be better detected. And if there is a danger that you are spying or could be dangerous, then the mark would not be useless on your forehead either.
2 months ago, when my wife and children were on our property, a drone flew over us, buzzing and hanging without any movement at a height of about 25m for about a minute above our property. It was VERY annoying, because the drone was black, large and looked professional, including the camera. I observed it through the optics of an air rifle, then the drone started moving and flew over the neighbor, where unfortunately it also hung motionless for a while. I did not see anyone nearby who was controlling the drone. I looked at the legislation. Up to a height of 50m above the property, it is still the property of the landowner and no one else has anything to do there unless there is an easement. Therefore, neither do drones. It is also not legally possible to shoot down a drone (shooting in the village/damaging someone else's property). Should I contact the city police? By the time they arrive, the drone is gone. If I could read the EU's proposed "license plate" with optics, it could be solved. But not everyone has optics at hand. So, as a drone owner, what would you suggest to someone who droneDoes it restrict the personal freedom of another and violate the space above private property?
And if you shoot him down, who can do it to you and how? He just fell!
If you don't have a good weapon (for which you must have a firearms license), shooting it down is not easy. Plus, most people are decent and don't act like jerks just because no one can do it to them.
Did you create the soil under your barracks, or did you create the air you breathe? Will you realize that you are appropriating something that is not yours... And the laws? That is a relic of the past..
And you created your body? You realize that you are appropriating something that is not yours... So I can fuck you in the ass with a hot rod. And the laws? That's a relic of the past..
Re – wait – tard
I would have shot it down, I doubt that the person who owned the drone would come to complain... and if they did, I would say that I felt threatened because there could have been a bomb attached to it...
I understand that this is annoying, but how many times has this happened to you? You'd better be worried that this state will have police drones that will send and appease you with impunity. Worry more about what the security forces will be able to do with drones than the fact that once in your life some toy will fly over you. And as part of the good, there will be drones flying for us
Also, some idiot was flying over my land, but unfortunately I had a big crop of pears this year, but he went to the ground and so far no one has come to get it 😂😂😂 so don't worry... spz is stupid and on the other hand, those who fly like that have to count even with the fact that someone takes them down...
Brilliant xDDD
I completely agree. I can't understand how anyone can't understand how many risks are associated with it. Whether as a tracking thing in the air, the possibility of a crash, it even happened that a drone hit an airplane and I won't comment on that. Drones have become so widespread that they need to be regulated. Technology is constantly improving - batteries, bodies, range. None of us want to limit pilots, but neither does anyone want the damage that drones can cause.chat.
At the moment, I don't know the solution in case a drone flies onto my property, how to defend against it if it really bothers me a few meters above the house. All I could do is get a jammer…
And why should a pilot have more right to the airspace than a prudent drone pilot? Is it his space? Did he create it? Or was it created during the creation of our solar system? You are trying to appropriate something that is not yours. Can a plane not crash? ask the airlines when they fly over my head? It's just a few parts that can break.chat ...
Re – wait – tard – e
The pilot of a normal plane has more right to the airspace because his activity is highly regulated, he has to have tests and fulfill many requirements and have many permits. The conditions that must be met for the operation of an aircraft are also more difficult than for the operation of a drone. And if there are too many drone pilots, how do you know who is being cautious and who isn't before there is a problem? That's why there are those tests (which, by the way, cannot be compared to real pilot tests) - they test whether the drone pilot can be really careful.
Damages and various accidents are not caused by the drone, but by its PILOT!
It would also like to introduce a driving license for lawn mowers and chainsaws. And the course could cost at least 4000 CZK
This is not a bad idea, it eliminates injuries that increase every year :)
Go to your local hospital and you won't believe it.
You are a pretty co…
I didn't teach you that.ancI have no right if I fly with Dr.onem as it should be and use it to film interesting places. They have no right to dictate to me what and how and where. Airspace has been here for millions of years, and a monkey who has barely learned to walk and talk. who has no idea how the universe was formed. will not dictate to me what I have and what I don't have. They are afraid of new technologies...
A simple person without pretensions will always aggressively claim that he can do everything and no one will stop him from doing anything. A reasonable person will understand this. With the first cars, there were also no license plates and driver's licenses... Boom and development suggested the necessity of regulation, because as people in the global world, we are retarded (some more, Roman, some less) and we cannot admit our responsibility, for that we would all like the same rights and someone bigger... Yes, if there were no people here, it would be very nice here.
😂😂😂😂😂😂 I would also send them to the technical department....
And when I fly with Dr.oneI'll give you some beer, what will happen? Will the police chase me through the fields and shoot me?
Michal Šteflovič oh yeah...
I'm all for it, it's become really popular lately, everyone buys it, so some form of control will only benefit.
Given the range of drones today and the control via mobile phone and camera, if they fall somewhere, they usually don't have aancand no one can be found. Unless they are looking into who sold the drone with this serial number to whom...but that can be solved...
Simply put, those who want to do risky things will always find a way...
And what will such an inspection look like? It's forum of the week again…..Today
No one is able to control even the traffic on the roads, I see the police once a month whenever there is an event, otherwise the rules do not exist in reality and here I see someone running across the field for a doctoroneI have to decide whether Franta has a drone and whether he has papers. Let's laugh at more such fairy tales…….Introduce it to all RC models and I would also introduce it to autumn kite flying for ten-year-olds.
I don't have a drone and I've never been bothered or threatened by one, but I'm wondering if the license plate will also be mandatory for security forces and agencies? If so, with the license plate on the droneoneI agree.
I would also put license plates on bicycles and scooters orcareto ?
