Civilization IV is in the base, 60-turn version for free since December 2017, it is not a limited time event. The full game costs CZK 629. 60 moves are good to get a basic idea of the game. I don't understand where the author got the information about some price reduction... it's just a trial. Sefko, the promotion is for unlocking the game flood, the price is 60 usd, now it's 24 usd :)
As Martin writes, the price of CZK 629 for unlocking the full game has been there for more than half a year. In USD it was 30, now 24, but in CZK the price has not decreased in any way.
