According to the latest sales performance research conducted by the Pied Piper agency, Tesla is the worst car company in terms of sales system. However, don't be fooled by the phrase "sales system". This is almost exclusively the capacity of showrooms, which I can turn a potential customer into a buyer. As we know, Tesla has its own system, which is strictly configured by Elon Musk himself, and this element is missing from the chain. But it is due to the claim, because Tesla is not an "ordinary car company".

Research practice, in which the employeeanceven secretly visit individual car dealerships, it has become an annual rule, so to speak. Part of the research is a process involving questions asked by a qualified salesperson, the ability to respond to individual problems and the overall flow of a potential business. But here there is a catch, thanks to which it is logical that Tesla ended up in the very last place (specifically, 15 points below the average score). Musk's company does not use licensed third-party sellers, but manages its stores exclusively by itself. So you can try electric cars from Tesla for yourself in Tesla galleries or in Tesla Stores, but most orders are made exclusively online.

Individual Tesla galleries and stores are different from each other. What does it look like in the shop of an innovative car manufacturer?

According to Musk himself, the usual process of selling cars is too complicated, as the license dealers provided become unnecessary elements in the system. If Tesla decided to take standard reseller-based sales into account, the price of electric cars would rise and the company's margin would decrease somewhat. According to Pied Piper, the pedaja system is the "Teslákian" equivalent of museum curators. You can probably imagine how he reacted to this statement Elon Musk…of course with a smile on his face and a note that he is happy with the results.

Although Tesla finished in last place in this reliable research, it certainly does not cast a negative light on the sales process of individual models. The company's internal policy is simply set differently than in the vast majority of cases. You can find the complete ranking of the visited car companies with assigned points in the image below.
