Facebook announced on its blog that it had uncovered dozens of fake accounts designed to influence American politics ahead of the fall elections. The company removed a total of 32 accounts on social media platforms Instagram and Facebook, with a total of 300 Instagram accounts being followed. The fake pages were trying to manipulate users' opinions, but such behavior is not in line with the rules.
