Press Release: Alza.cz as launched a new product in January as part of a pilot project called The store of the future, now it was time to evaluate. The operation during the first three months exceeded expectations - during the peak period (launch, competition) the workload was around 250 mailboxes per day, the turnover at this establishment for the first three months amounted to 12,8 million crowns. 11 orders processed.
According to feedback, customers value excellent availability, speed and also privacy. They also use experts via a video terminal, where dozens of requests are served daily, with an average conversation time of 3 minutes. They primarily ask for help with product selection, but often also ask about the innovative establishment itself.
"We are very happy that the user experience turned out so positively, because a satisfied customer is absolutely key for us. As for the next establishment, thanks to current knowledge we will improve and simplify it in many ways - we will work more effectively with the prostore"with the material used," said Jan Moudřík, director of expansion and facilities Alza.cz
The following products have been ordered the most at the Future Store so far:
- phones
- sports equipment
- accessories for electronics
- notebooks
The branch also launched several premium new products, such as the Samsung S9, which they could have customers also compete or Huawei P20.
As this innovative way of selling has proven very successful, it is planned to launch a second Future Store in the summer, not far from the Budějovická metro station. But it will undergo certain changes and improvements that resulted during the pilot of the first establishment - the light navigation will change slightly, the materials used will also change - new cembrite boards and a stretch ceiling will be added.
