According to analytics and marketing company DeltaDNA, owners of flagships from Applu, Google and Samsung play mobile games much more often than owners of other smartphones. The study also clearly confirms that gamers who use the latest phones spend much more on mobile games than ever before. However, this trend is not surprising, given the increasing number of game titles.

The average gamer buys mobile games for $1,50, but Pixel 2 XL users aren't afraid to spend on games, buying them for an average of $3,46. However, iPhone 8 owners are even more "generous" towards developers, buying games for an average of $3,97. Owners of the premium iPhone X, however, do not save too much on games, investing an average of $3,77 per game. But it is interesting that the owners of the "Pluskové osmičky" are rather savers and spend an average of only 0,76 dollars per game.

The CEO of DeltaDNA says that the study should encourage mobile game developers in particular, as there is a trend that the better the smartphone, the more games it can play.one has, the more he is willing to spend on mobile games. If we add to this the microtransactions that we can find in almost every game today, we get a really lucrative business from their development that really pays off. A great example is Fortnite, which has literally taken the world by storm and generates high profits for its developers.

The study surveyed 1,7 million gamers in North America who own iPhone 8, iPhone X, Google Pixel 2 XL and Samsung Galaxy S8. "Of course, the vast majority of mobile gamers don't use the latest phones, but these mobile phones will beonec replaced by newer models with better performanceonem," adds the director.
