If you are with yours Apple Watch loved being able to view some of the latest Instagram posts on them, the following lines will most likely disappoint you greatly. The newly released Instagram update which is labeled as version 39.0, namely the app from Apple Watch removes. After the update, you can view Instagram only on your iPhone.

Although in the update notes there is no indication of removing the app for Apple Watch you won't find it, it's actually missing from the watch after the update. According to Instagram's statement, which was obtained by francOuz portal iPhoneAddict, the company decided to remove it due to requirements Applu about creating applications in the developer kit watchOS 2 SDK. Instagram pro Apple Watch however, it was created in watchOS 1 SDK, which was limiting for future updates. Rather than redesigning the app, Instagram decided to remove it.

The fact is that although viewing posts from Instagram was directly on Apple Watch relatively comfortable, it had many limitations. The biggest one was the need to have with you iPhone, even though Apple Watch were connected to Wi-Fi or to LTE in models with Wi-Fi support. You also couldn't play any videos on the watch and Instastories were also taboo.

It's hard to say at this point if we've said goodbye to the pro app with the new update Apple Watch for good or not. However, if Instagram decides to revive it, hopefully its new version will be significantly better than the first one.
