According to Bleeping.com Computer users in Iran do not have access to App Storu. The ban reportedly applies to all Iranian IP addresses because Iranian security researcher Meysam Firouzi was able to access App Storu via VPN, even though he had an account with Iranian data. This means that if users in Iran want to access App Store, they must use a VPN.

"The ban appears to be based on the IP protocol," Meysam Firouzi, an Iranian security researcher, told Bleeping. Computerthat he has successfully joined the App Store via VPN, even though he had Iranian personal information set up on his account.”

Apple did not officially inform about this. The Cupertino company has already removed it from the App A hundred applications that were developed by Iranian developers. At that time Apple stated: "Under US laws and sanctions App Store cannot host, distribute, or trade applications or developers from certain countries with US embargoes.”

Due to US sanctions Apple does not sell its products in Iran, there is no official Iranian App Store, even though there are millions of iPhones in the country that have been smuggled in from places like Dubai and Hong Kong. So it is quite likely that denying access to App I'll take the next step.
