Abdul Sadam, 28, was the victim of a robbery just before midnight on Monday. Two unknown men tried to steal Samad's iPhone 7, but he refused, so the thieves pulled out a knife and stabbed Saddam directly in the chest. The injuries he suffered were fatal for him.

According to witnesses, Samad was approached by two young men on mopeds about a quarter of an hour before midnight, attempting to steal his iPhone 7. Saddam fought back, so one of the thieves pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the heart. Saddam still had enough strength to ring the doorbell of his parents, who live nearby. According to his brother, his parents immediately rushed to the door, where Saddam lay in a pool of blood, and called for help.

The police immediately launched a search for the young men and a few hours later arrested two men aged seventeen and eighteen on suspicion of murder. Both are currently in custody at a police station in North London.

Samad worked for the Dragon Hall Trust, a charity that helps young people develop computer skills. Nicole Furre, the charity's director, said: "He was popular with children and young people, he always explained things well. Programming with him was fun." His brother added: "He was compassionate and loved computers, which is why he helped young people."
