How to turn off website notifications in Chrome a Safari

Websites naturally want to alert readers to their new articles as much as possible, and these days they have other tools for this than sharing articles on social networks or sharing information to an RSS reader. These are so-called notifications that pop up directly on your system or in the browser window and alert you to the fact that your favorite site has published a new article. However, it may happen that you subscribed by mistake or, if you enabled notifications, you didn't even know what you were allowing. We have instructions for you on how to turn off enabled notifications, actually two instructions. The first will focus on Google Chrome and the second one on Safari in macOS. We won't beat around the bush, let's take a look.

Turning off notifications in Google Chrome

If you decide not to receive notifications any more, proceed as follows: in the upper right corner, click three dots icon. Open the option here Settings. Scroll all the way down and select Advanced settings. Now scroll down even further until you find an option under the Privacy & Security heading Content settings, click here. In other options, open the item Announcement. Find the icon here Letem svetem Applem and click next to it three dots icon and select Remove. Now you will no longer see any notifications from us.

Turning off notifications in Safari

If even the owning readers Apple products have decided to stop following notifications from the largest website about the company Apple in the Czech Republic and SK, they can proceed as follows: click in the upper left bar Safari. In the next menu, choose the third option from the top – Preferences. Your browser settings will open. Safari. In the left panel, click on the column Announcement. Find the icon again Letem svetem Applem, click the options and select Prohibit.

Turn off notifications on Android

If you also follow us on a competing Android and no longer want to receive notifications from us, you can do so as follows: click in the upper right corner on three dots and select an option Settings. Here, slide all the way down and select the box Site Settings. Click in this window Announcement and click on letemsvetemapplem.eu. Under the Permissions heading, click on Announcement and select Block. From now on, you will not receive notifications on your Android phone.
