“Spark is modernizing email as we know it. We share a fundamental vision of what the future of email should look like. I have always admired Readdle for their beautiful and innovative products, which makes them the ideal company to turn that vision into reality,” said Blanchard in a blog post on Readdle.
During his engagement in AppTerry Blanchard led the development team that created updates to the Mail app for iOS and for macOS. He has not yet received an official job title at Readdle, but he will most likely be part of the Spark team and will also participate in other areas of development.
The Spark email app is available for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Readdle says it's also working on an Android version of the email client, and that new features, including automation, are on the way.

Anyone using it too? I've been getting by with GMail for years.
I use both Mail and Gmail all the time.
I also use gmail for email, but in gmail at iPhone I can't enter other email accounts than gmail... is it even possible? no problem on android
Yes, it is possible :) for example, if you had an e-mail info@lsa.com so it's not a problem either :) if you mean this, I'll throw you a link on how to do it :) a lsa there will definitely be an article about it :))))))
yes, this is what I mean :-) ... I tried it, but only a gmail account could be created ... but if it works, please post a link ;-) dikes
I've tried Spark, but its style of handling mail doesn't suit my way of working with mail. I organize my mail in about five accounts into thematic folders, and this collides with Spark's style of operation in a strange way. In Windows I use Outlook, on AppI stayed with Mail because Outlook doesn't do some basic things there. I also tried Airmail, but that didn't work for me either. I don't need Gmail anyway.
Wolf, try now, they made an update where they redid this :)
I use email.
I have gmail, a list of mail and exchange and everything works fine. I like it the most :-) easy to use and all at once, all I have to do is add attachments, they should fix that somehow...
Why when there is #Spark ?
