A legal battle between companies Apple and Nokia is even more interesting than before. Nokia wants to help in this case by trying to get access to Samsung documents related to legal disputes with Applem.

In 2011, Nokia sued the company Apple for infringing 32 patents used in devices iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch a Apple TV. Apple resolved this dispute by paying for the patents used in its devices. However, the Cupertino company has now hit back, suing Nokia for deliberately leaving patents out of the 2011 contract and shifting them to third-party companies in order to demand disproportionately high damages.

Various facts surfaced. Nokia, for example, transferred five of its patents to a company specializing in finding errors in patents. And she sued the Cupertino giant for $100 million, but was unsuccessful.

Nokia is seeking ways out of this lawsuit and is trying to gain access to documents and testimony from Samsung, which has also been fighting Apple regarding patents. Nokia has filed a motion in a Washington court to gain access to materials it claims are in dispute with Applem important.
