Apple into the system watchOS 3.2, which came out tonight, incorporated Theater Mode. Through it, you deactivate the screen and mute the watch without stopping the notifications. You will appreciate this mode both in the cinema or the theater, and also, for example, at night when you want to sleep peacefully.

With the first watchOS it was possible to turn off the sounds and display on Apple Watch only by selecting the "Do Not Disturb" option. Although this method turned off the sounds on the watch, it also completely blocked all notifications. Then there was a dedicated button to mute the watch, but the display still lit up when a notification arrived. However, Theater mode mutes the display and sounds, but you still get notifications.

To activate Theater mode, slide out on the screen Apple Watch control panel. Here you will find the Theater mode represented by a pair of masks. As soon as you click on the icon, it turns orange and turns on Theater mode. The icon will also appear at the top of the display to let you know that the mode is active. If you want to turn it off, just click on the mask icon again.

The watch's display won't even light up when you raise your hand, because Theater mode lets it know you're not currently interested in the content on the display.
