A noticeable improvement in the next-generation iPad Pro is likely to be a higher refresh rate. Developer Steve Troughton-Smith revealed this information in the code of the latest developer version iOS 10.3. The default refresh rate for the future iPad Pro could be higher than the current 60 Hz. However, we don't know the exact value.
10,5″ iPad samples:
Apple on existing iPads, it offers a screen refresh rate of 60 Hz, which means that the display is capable of displaying up to 60 frames per second. It is absolutely enough for normal activities on the iPad, but if you want to play games or use it Apple Pencil, you will welcome a higher refresh rate.
Bloomberg announced last August that Apple is working on deeper stylus integration for its next iPad. Operating system iOS should thus offer broader support for Apple Pencil. "Apple will allow users to take notes in various applications across the operating system, including mail, web browser Safari a iMessage, which would make it similar to Samsung, which offers it on its Note series smartphones," the report says.

Faster display technology makes for smoother zooming and scrolling. Developer Steve Troughton-Smith walked through the code iOS 10.3 beta, in which he found several different display modes. Developers will be able to choose from three options: 60 frames per second, 30 frames per second, and default. This implies that the default value will be higher than 60 Hz.
It looks like a higher refresh rate will be the next step towards better iPad displays. The redesigned 10,5-inch is expected to iPad Pro, which should see the light of day this year, will have a new design and its biggest feature will be an almost frameless display.
