Apple today introduced a new app, Clips, that makes it quick and easy to create expressive videos on iPhone and iPad. The app features a unique design for combining clips, photos and music into great-looking videos that you can easily share using the app iMessagewith or on social networks like Facebook, Instagram and more. Clips also adds a groundbreaking “Live titles” feature that allows users to create animated titles using their voice. Simply speak a title in your voice and the app uses voice tone recognition to translate it into funny captions.

Clips gives iPhone and iPad users a whole new way to express themselves through video, and it's incredibly easy to do. Effects, filters and awesome new titles are designed to look great and be easy to use, said Susan Prescott, the company's vice president Apple for product marketing. Clips allows users to create videos on their iPhoneor iPads without the need for timelines or other complicated editing tools. With just a single tap, you can combine video, photos, or other artistic filters, titles, herbs, and other shapes, including emojis, of course. Users can also add special posters with animated backgrounds. Clips includes dozens of audio tracks and automatically adjusts them based on the length of the video.

Apple tried to make the app as easy to use as possible, so you can add animated subtitles using just your voice. Users can mix and match different text styles and can use or not use punctuation, or even not usechat Automatically replace words with emojis. Currently, this feature in the Clips app supports 36 world languages. Videos created with Clips can be shared on popular social networks or sent to friends using the app iMessageThe app will be available completely free on iTunes.
