In recent weeks, we've mostly dealt with Bluetooth speakers in our reviews here, so it's time for a change. This time I got my hands on wireless Bluetooth headphones from JBL, specifically the JBL E25BT model. Within the E series of products from JBL, this is the second lowest model (we tested the higher series E55BT here). The price of the headphones is below the threshold of two thousand crowns, so it could be an interesting gateway to the world of high-quality wireless earbuds. So let's see how they do.

Specifications

There is an 8mm dynamic transducer in each earpiece, which has a frequency range of 20Hz-20kHz. A tiny integrated battery with a capacity of 120mAh takes care of the juice, thanks to which the headphones should last up to 8 hours of listening (again, depending on the volume level and type of production). On the contrary, charging is relatively fast - the headphones are fully charged in two hours. The transmission is traditionally handled by Bluetooth 4.1, and all this fun weighs a negligible 16,5 grams. You basically don't know about them while wearing them. The presence of a microphone for calls and a multifunction controller, which is located under the right earpiece, is also a matter of course. JBL E25BT are available in four colors namely black, red, blue and white.

Package contents

The packaging, as always, contains all the essential information about what the headphones can do. In addition to the headphones themselves, the box also includes a charging microUSB cable, two pairs of silicone earplugs (together, sizes S, M and L), a practical leather case, a clothes clip, instructions and other traditional documentation. In this case, there is not much to complain about, nothing essential is missing in the package.

Execution

The headphones are plastic but look quite solid. Silicone plugs are of standard design. The connecting cable is very finely braided and there is no risk of tangling. The battery pack is very subtle and doesn't get in the way when worn. On the control panel there are three buttons and a charging microUSB input, which is protected by a rubber cover. There is not much to complain about the quality of the execution. All plastics are precisely made and fitted, nothing rattles or catches on clothes.

Ergonomics

Plugs as such are absolutely classic. Everyone should be able to choose from the three sizes of ear tips, and if you are used to a similar type of headphones, you won't have a problem with them. The headphones stay in the ear even while running, but the strength and stability of the earplugs will never be the same as in sports models with auxiliary pads. The controls are very simple and the buttons work well. The middle one serves as play/pause/call reception, the surrounding ones adjust the volume (short press) or switch songs (long press). The clip that is included in the package can perfectly prevent any movement of the battery, so if it bothers you in any way (or the headphones fly around your neck for some reason), the solution is easy - just snap the clip to the battery and attach to the trick. The headphones are not guaranteed waterproof, so exercising or running in the rain is not recommended.

Audio presentation

The headphones are excellent at isolating ambient noise, so you can focus only on what's coming out of your little ears while listening. driverů. The bass is surprisingly strong, but not so much that it negatively affects the listening experience. The resulting production is very pleasant, the sound is legible and clear and still retains considerable power, which cannot be said about many models. While listening, I did not notice any problems with signal dropouts or other inconveniences.

záver

Wireless earbuds generally start at around fifteen hundred crowns. For less than two thousand, the JBL E25BT are a very interesting alternative for those who are new to the world of Bluetooth listening and do not want to spend a lot of money right away. The headphones perform very well for their price, the eight-hour battery life is not bad at all, and the included accessories make using them even more enjoyable. If you don't mind earbuds and are currently choosing in this segment, I recommend including the JBL E25BT in your selection. They could be an ideal choice for regular listening, especially in combination with iPhonem 7, which no longer has the classic 3,5mm jack konewhich.
