iLuv has announced its first Apple HomeKit certified device called Rainbow8. This smart bulb includes support for Siri and Wi-Fi connectivity, so users can control these bulbs through iPhone or iPad. One of the differences between the Rainbow8 and Philips Hue is that the iLuv product doesn't require a central hub connected to your router. All you need to do is simply plug in the bulb. The Rainbow8 is already a smartphoneone with the necessary application within reach.
