Apple issued the fifth beta macOS Sierra 10.12.4 for developers, just a week after the fourth version of macOS Sierra 10.12.4 was released and more than a month after the public release of macOS Sierra 10.12.3. The fifth beta version can be downloaded via Apple Developer Center. And those who have previously installed the beta can download the latest version via App Store in Mac.

The latest macOS Sierra 10.12.4 brings Night Mode to the Mac, which was first introduced in iOS 9.3. This night mode reduces blue light and adjusts your display to minimize distractions before you fall asleep. You can enable night mode through the Displays setting in System Preferences. You can set night mode to automatically activate at sunset and deactivate at sunrise. Or you can turn it on and off manually through Notification Center or Siri.
Although the 10.12.4 update focuses mainly on night modes, it also includes Shanghainese language support and a better PDFKit API.
