Personally, I like the Louis Vuitton brand and even though I don't wear it from head to toe, I have a few pieces that I like. But the one that will definitely not be one of them and I will never find it in my closet, unlike sweaters and similar nonsense, is the most expensive packaging on iPhone in the world. Someone may object that there are definitely more expensive cases and I can't tell them anything other than that there are, but they are decorated with diamonds or other extremely rare materials. Louis Vuitton case called Eye-Trunk for iPhone 7 has only one expensive material, which is gold-colored crocodile leather.
This may seem like a relatively expensive material, but just for comparison, you can buy a Corneliani crocodile strap for €300, and that's quite a bit more leather on the strap than on the case. However, Louis Vuitton wants an incredible $5500 for its case, which is about 8 times the price of the iPhone you'll have inside. Interestingly, this top piece from its collection, which the company itself describes as something that is not a phone case but the imaginary pinnacle of harmonizing your style and the icing on the cake when it comes to fashion, is available in three variantách, of which even two ordinary ones, i.e. made of regular leather, are valued at $1250.
With this packaging, the company pays tribute to its founder and what it originally did, i.e. making suitcases and stitching luggage, the way it was done in the old days. The price of the packaging is extreme and the company itself perceives it as something that people will buy, for whom $5500 is roughly what five hundred crowns are for us.
