Yesterday on Kickstarter she discovered a craziness that we just have to write about. A group of people said that they find the current protective and charging covers for the phone boring, and that they will take it their own way. The company is called Esti and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. And their product that they're raising money for is called Eye. This is a rather original take on what a phone case should look like. This one really manages a lot. Almost like you stuck one more on your phone…

As unbelievable as it may sound, it is true. The Eye case offers the following features:
- 5″ FHD AMOLED display
- SD card slot (up to 256GB)
- 2800mAh battery
- Wireless charging support
- 2 SIM slots
- Android 7.1 Nougat
- High quality selfie camera
- 3,5 mm jack
- NFC
- always on display
- Infrared transmitter and receiver (for example to control a TV)
- Metal panel for magnetic hold
The developers currently offer the wrapper only for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, but they promise to support other released models as well. About the connection with iPhonem takes care of integrated Lightning konewhich. Both devices can communicate directly with each other.
As for pricing policy, the cheapest pledge is $95, which gets you the basic version. If you'd like the Eye with 4G mobile data,oneactivity, it will cost you $130. The campaign authors want to raise $95, although they have plans to raise up to several million (see campaign). At the time of writing, they have just over $18K from 169 backers.
