The Reputation Institute has released its annual ranking of the 100 most reputable companies in the world, as measured by consumer ratings. The results are all the more interesting because the rankings are determined by none other than consumers themselves, the customers of each company. A number of technology companies are also included in the ranking each year, including two of the company's biggest rivals. Applu and Samsung. Unfortunately for both companies, this year both have experienced a relatively significant decline in customer satisfaction.

Over 170 customers throughout the year rated the companies in several categories and areas, including their products, services, stores and, for example, their experience with complaints. In first place with the highest customer satisfaction was the companycarRolex, followed by Lego and Disney in third place. Of the technology companies, Google came in fifth place, but it fell two places year-on-year. However, it fared much worse in the year-on-year comparison. Apple and Samsung. While he closed last year Apple top ten, this year it is only in twentieth place.

However, the situation is much worse for Samsung, which fell by 53 positions year-on-year and ended up in 16th place, with the fact that it was overtaken by, for example, Nintendo in 19th place or IBM in XNUMXth place. The huge drop was mainly caused by the problem with exploding phones Note 7 and also the case revolving around the bribery of the highest political leaders. So now the customers are not very happy and they have made Samsung feel it a lot.
