In order to download the game, you must first create an account with Humble Bundle, assuming you don't already have one. Once you've signed in to your account, Humble may ask you for a link to your Steam account: just open your Steam profile, copy your account link and paste it into the window provided. Then just add DiRT 3 to your cart and complete your purchase, which of course won't cost you a penny. You will then receive a special code to enter into Steam.
In order to redeem the code, you need to download and install it on your Mac (or PC with Windows) of the Steam client, log in to your Steam account in it, click on the bottom left + ADD GAME and select an option Activate the product on Steam. Here you just click on Další, you agree to the terms, enter the Humble Bundle code and you can start downloading DiRT 3.

Lukas, when you click the button to "buy" a free game on Humble, it asks you to log in to Humble. So you create an account, log in. Humble will then ask you for a link to your Steam, you insert it. You will then receive a key to your game. You go to Steam, open your library and at the bottom left you have "add game" -> "CD key/other." You put the key you get from Humble there. Here, DiRT 3 is yours ;)
Simply. Instead of registering and similar, download it somewhere on the net ;)
It's a matter of minutes.. if you know English. Plus, you get the full version of the game with the mulťák directly from Steam.. There is no better version, you don't have to do complicated settings Microsoft Live and similar, as is the case with the Non-Steam versions of this game ;)

It happened to a friend of mine too. He's really interested in the game, he wants to try it... after a while he gets the hang of it :)
It wrote me too. He wants to try. After half an hour I already have my key ;-)
So I'm trying to generate a key, but it still doesn't want it. I've been trying continuously for about 40 minutes, so I'm curious. Maybe the keys are gone :D
I also try about a dozen times and still nothing :/
Warning: I will tell this in bulk, rather than to each individual who asks.. :D The game was only available for a short period of time, it is clearly written in the article. Now it's full price again. So those interested have to wait for the next Humble "event" or buy the tribute game. Thanks for understanding ;)
