Apple wants to enjoy a live broadcast from his eventtraditionally only to those who have iOS device, Apple TV, Mac computer or any PC with Windows 10. So if you have Windows 10, just in the browser Microsoft Edge visit Apple.com at the time of transmission and start the video. If you start event on a PC with a different version Windows, will appear instead of the video and eventjust a message that the Windows is not Event possible to follow. However, there is a way to follow after all Apple Keynote to an older version Windows and it's not too complicated either.
All you have to do is use the VLC player and then insert a link to the stream, which will make it possible to watch the stream also on a PC Windows. An important note before we look at the tutorial itself. The player will work, or the playback of the stream will work only at the moment when Apple start broadcasting the stream, until then a message will appear: Unable to open the MRU file!
- Download VLC Player for free right here.
- Install VLC Player
- Open VLC and click Media > Open Network Stream
- Open the Network and Network Protocol tab
- Paste the following URL into Network Protocol:
