I'll admit that I don't watch music videos very often, mainly because today's music videos are very stereotypical - they almost always feature clubs, some slow-motion shots and increasingly cheap women. Well, then there's the repetitive music. That's why I was now quite surprised by the video clip, which really caught my attention. This is a music video for Cymatics by independent artist Nigel Stanford, which combines music and science. Sound waves are used in various experiments and you can find a lot of them on YouTube, and this is exactly what Stanford decided to use in a video clip, in which experiments related to the effect of sound on flowing water or on the distribution of powder on a surface play a major role. You can even enjoy Cymatics in 4K quality.

If you are interested, you can purchase the clip directly on the author's website, and if you like his music, you can listen to it via Apple Music or you can buy it on iTunes Store. Stanford also shows how the filming of the video went on its website and interesting things from the filming.
