Press Release: The experience of an excellent dinner can be disturbed by a night ride on Prague public transport. Gastronomic guide RESTU knows this well, so it decided to prevent it by cooperating with the Uber mobile application. From August 17 to 23, they are jointly organizing Resta Week for the first time. Seventeen top restaurants from all over Prague will offer exhibition courses by their chefs. Uber to new users who make a reservation for the festival via www.restuweek.cz, will provide a 400 CZK discount on delivery.
Veal thymus at Argument, pheasant breast at Café Colore or grilled octopus at La Bottega Gastronomica. This is just a fraction of the delicacies that customers can taste as part of the 1st edition of the Restu Week gastronomic festival organized by the RESTU gastronomic guide in August.
"We didn't want to restrict the restaurants, so each chef could easily choose one of his own specialties for the menu during Restu Week or put together an entire menu straight away." presents the menu of the Pavel Suchánek festival. For example, you can try duck foie gras from Jan Horký of Art Nouveau, who even cooked for Barack Obama, grilled chicken or octopus from the rosticceria at La Bottega Gastronomica, or the world's most famous noodles with homemade tamarind sauce from the kitchen of I Ketut Darma Linggih at the Edamame restaurant.
Uber will provide new users with 2 free rides up to a total of CZK 400. Just enter the code RESTUWEEK in the app and foodies can ride to the restaurant for free. "This model of cooperation was a great success abroad. That is why we are bringing this concept to Prague as well," says Bára Polachová, Uber's marketing manager, about the event.
Customers who book a Restu Week during the festival will receive 100 more credits on their RESTU account, which they can use for their next spend at the restaurant.
