When I first saw MOTA, the smart ring, I thought it was so stupid that no one could possibly sell it. It was introduced then as a crowdfunding idea. Smart rings are apparently the smallest possible wearable electronics. There were a few such ideas, this is not a premiere for MOTA, as an example I can cite the Smarty Ring. It's hard to say who MOTA is targeting because I don't know many men who wear rings outside of weddings. When you add to that the fact that the ring is able to light up and display notifications, it must cause quite a stir among the public. Let's see what the MOTA smart ring concept looks like.

What do you imagine a smart ring should be able to do? The developers promise that thanks to it you will never miss a notification from your phone again. It can inform you about incoming calls, SMS messages, emails, notifications from Facebooku, Twitter and others. When you receive such a notification, the ring will vibrate. Notification settings will probably be able to be adjusted in the official application.

Compatibility is set for Android and iOS, on cooperation with Windows Phone, Hence Windows, nothing is known. The ring was on display at IFA 2014. Personally, I'm really looking forward to the upcoming IFA 2015 in Berlin because there's always some interesting piece of hardware. Probably the most anticipated item that will be presented could be the Samsung Gear S2 watch. Unfortunately, I have to disappoint those of you who have reason to look forward to the Huawei watch, because the watch will not be presented until September 22. Meanwhile, IFA takes place from September 3 to 9. We will inform you about all interesting things from the world of wearables (and not only that).
