Our editorial team received a watch from the Chinese brand Zeaplus. LsA we have already written about them review article. Now we have them for testing and I am preparing a full review. The watch has a lot to offer and at a decent price, for which you can't get a smartwatch in our country. They offer a very elegant design that easily copies Android-WearMotorola Moto 360 smartwatch. Zeaplus did not use Android as the operating system here Wear, but its own Nucleus OS, which works with both Android and iOSToday I bring you my first impressions after a few days of testing.

As soon as I took the watch out of the box, I couldn't stop looking at it. The workmanship is really great and the watch looks beautiful. The metal frame around the perimeter of the watch looks quite elegant from a distance, and that's how the watch looks overall. The display is not the worst, but it doesn't look very good either. The only thing I can praise are the viewing angles. The watch offers an IPS display with a resolution of 240×204, which is a bit funny because on manufacturer's official website claims that the resolution is 240x240 and that it is a TFT panel, but at first glance a keen eye can tell that this is a clear IPS.

So I decided to put the watch on, which was not as easy as it seems. The strap is quite long and still seems quite unyielding. The watch has a classic buckle fastening, not like for example Alcatel OneTouch Watch, which had a kind of snap. This classic fastening fits me better. Next was setting up synchronization with the phoneonem. I don't know if it's just the piece I tested, but the watch seems to be afraid of connecting to my iPhonem. There is a simple instruction in the additional manual, which in the end is not easy at all. You download the Mediatek Smart Device application, search for the watch, pair it, then you have to go to the Bluetooth section in the phone settings, pair it there again, then go to the Bluetooth settings in the watch and check there if everything is fine. Then you can use the watch without any worries. But be careful, the watch likes to disconnect itself from the application on your phone, which can be confusing, because you have it paired and connected via Bluetooth, but it is not connected in the aforementioned application on your phone. Connecting the watch like this is not difficult, but it is annoying to do it for example 3 times a day.

The system itself is not very appealing and I will compare it to Alcatel here Onetouch, where I liked it many times more. But what makes Zeaplus ahead of Alcatel is the features. I don't want to go into too much detail here, because you can read more about it in a separate review, but I'll just mention that when the watch works together, it works with your phone.onem great. I really liked the function where over AirPlay transfers audio to your watch and you can play music or make phone calls from your watch. These functions work flawlessly and the speaker with microphone isonem are also excellently made. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the watch's battery life, even though the manufacturer's official website boasts a battery life of around four days, so I've been testing the watch for the third day and I've had to charge it twice already. And I didn't want that much from it. I only have the permanent step and distance measurement turned on and I use the alarm clock and sleep monitoring. You can look forward to more information and other interesting information from the testing in our review.
