I have mostly good experiences with Czech service only in Brno. However, I have worse experiences with what they say is the "new" one. iPhonem. these are not new pieces, but refurbished ones and I complained about 2 pieces the same day I received them with defects such as a non-functioning flash, home button reacting 2X to one press, etc. I went to complain about one device 4X during the month and kept getting these super new (refurbished) pieces. I was personally quite disappointed by this and it annoys me that they don't say it outright, i.e. an old piece of equipment that someone complained about after refurbishment (new exterior, repaired interior)... Otherwise, complaints are always processed within 5 days.

A month and a half of shit, after the 3rd complaint, 2 more visits to the Czech Service (apple wanted to fill out some form, which the service department allegedly didn't know about, appWhen they sent it to me, I had to go back to the service center where they looked at it for about an hour before some manager filled it out and I could scan it and send it to applu). Hourly phone calls from Ireland where you keep saying what your problem is and that you want money and some Indian tries to explain to you that you don't want money but you want a new phone - all in English (although you can get a Czech interpreter). Well, it took a total of 43 days before I got the money in my account and the bank deducts about 200kc for a transaction from abroad. With today's quality Apple product (Macbook Pro I've had to go to the service center twice in 2015) and now only shop in brick-and-mortar stores and avoid their online shop!
