MacBook is definitely a portable device that is expected to last at least a whole day on a single charge. Especially in the case of Applu and his series MacBookThis is quite successful, as Apple computers are some of the most durable on the market and can maintain their battery capacity quite well even after several years. The best computer from Applu is definitely 13″ in this area MacBook Air, which will last you the whole day without any problems and is therefore ideal for traveling or school, where you don't have to carry a charger with you.
We have already written about a test that was conducted on a new 12″ Retina MacBookwhen it became clear that if you want to extend its battery life on a single charge, you must not use Google ChromeExperts from The Batterybox subjected the three most famous web browsers (SafariGoogle Chrome and Firefox) battery consumption tests MacBookand in almost all cases the browser always won Safari od Applu. You can see the overall result in the image below, which clearly shows that the best browser for Apple computers with OS X is Safari. Apple always tries to match hardware with software, which cannot be said about Google, for example, and simply Google Chrome is not the right choice for Mac. You can view the results of individual tests directly here. For example, notice a huge difference in endurance when watching a YouTube video or listening to streaming music from Soundcloud or from 8tracks.
I also prefer Safari. But sometimes you can't do without a replacement. For example, Youtube is pretty bad with subtitles. On Safari. Hop on Firefox and it's good..
I agree with the article, I use Safari. Chrome I only use it once in 100 years, because of the defeated flash.
When everything is not as optimal as one would like it to be.
Unfortunately, CT cannot do without flash and I don't want to install it myself, so it's a backup. Chrome ready to replace it.
I also use Chrome as a backup, sometimes Safari just stupid
Gentlemen, please help. I want to use Safari, but one thing bothers me, and that is that when I close Safari, where I have 5 active/displayed web pages, after restarting the browser, only one window and a trash can open. How can I make it so that after restarting the browser, the open pages are also displayed?
I'll just point out that even though I have "Safari on startup opens:" used "All windows of the last session", so only a new clean window opens anyway and I'm just unlucky.
Don't know where the problem might be? Thanks a lot for any advice ;-)
As I uninstalled Flash, I have Chrome only on YT, which I also have set as home. page
antique:
You're making a mistake here, in Safari you turn off the entire "Window" and that closes all tabs. Just like when you have tabs in Finderi or open multiple windows in safari or others apps, after turning off the window, everything in the window is turned off, after turning off appky the content is reloaded. It's logical.
The "turn on open after startup" setting only applies to hard shutdown Safari (cmd + q/Quit/Force Quit).
Other Chrome it has other great features discussed under the recently published article ;)

Majdy: “The “turn on open after startup” setting only applies to hard shutdown Safari (cmd + q/Quit/Force Quit)”.
Well, that's not true for me. I'm just closing. Safari completely via cmd+qa after opening Safari There are no websites, just one clean window. So what now? :)
Well, I unchecked the box in the "Close windows when closing applications" setting, restarted my Mac, and then... Safari When closing via cmd+q, it leaves the open website panels there. Hurray…
Chrome on the contrary, it is more economical when playing Flash and safer. As far as I know, YT already runs in HTML5
Antik: there would be one more solution. Hovering in the toolbar to turn off Safari and holding Alt will change the label and the windows will not close.
