And humor has not been forgotten, as Alexa can tell jokes. Amazon is simply trying to unify the smart home in the future. It is worth noting that Amazon The Echo works with Philips Hue smart bulbs and Wemo or Wink plugs, so you can probably tell Alexa to turn on/off the lights.
I'll stop by Alexa, a similar function, whether it's applove Siri, Google Now or the emerging Cortana, have long been able to do mobile phones.
