At the end of April this year, we first wrote about the new YouTube player, which is much more transparent and modern. At that time, we brought you a guide on how to get the new look, even though it was still in the testing phase. It took Google, which owns YouTube, three months to spread the new look of the player to the public, but tooneToday, the new style appeared for the first time in Safari, until now I personally only had it available on Google Chrome, which makes sense when it comes to a service from Google.
I have to admit that YouTube has got a really great design, which I like much more than the original one. It is clearer, transparent and for users it is not a big change and they get used to it easily. The gray bottom bar has disappeared and instead of it the controls are displayed directly on the video, so you can actually see what is happening under the bar. Another nice change is that if you move the mouse cursor outside the video, the bar and with it the controls immediately disappear, which was previously only possible in full screen view, and the bar disappeared after a few seconds. Of course, the controls in the video settings have also undergone a cosmetic change, where they now somewhat resemble the switches from iOS.
that : In safari :D, you think that I run youtube locally only on safari? :D
Hello, I would like to ask if there is a way to "unset" it so that when safari Do I tap YouTube so that it doesn't add me to the application but to stay on the website?
