Fact? I got them there too and they were discounted either today or yesterday.
I came across the word EXCEPTIONAL. This evokes applications that are usually (never were) free and today or at this time these applications are free. However, if you look at the history of these applications, you will find that they are often free (at least the ones I looked at).
